I found this tutorial for a beautiful idea for a flower arrangement on the wonderful wedding blog '100 layer cake' (yes, everything will be influenced by weddings from now on...just kidding) and thought it would actually make a lovely idea to have at home too!

Now that I have discovered I have a passion for Peonies this really appealed to me :)

Guerilla Crochet....

How cool is this?!

I saw this on a tree in a square in Amsterdam when I was there last weekend, I have heard of people doing this 'Guerilla Crochet' before but never actually seen any in London, and it really made me smile :-)


I think there might be some rainbow striped tree warmers coming to my local area very soon.....

Garden appreciation

Appreciating my garden at just after 6pm, catching the last of the sun in my chair is something I am loving very much this summer, I LOVE having a garden :)



Just behind my head and all around me are these little beauties, I luckily managed to get the last of the light for this shot, so you can really see all of its beautiful colours.
